Investigate 26 water products including a multitude of different map services.
Understand user needs. The Bureau regularly interacts with a few thousand users (the Water Program includes 50-70 staff members with approximately 50 industry contacts each) through social media, blog, twitter, surveys, mailbox, conferences, presentations.
User scopes are state and federal governments, utilities agencies, agricultures and other organisations within the water space.
Commercial and non-commercial users.
