The Water Program aims to increase the number of people that use their products and improve the experience for existing users.


Time:

  • 12 weeks

Project & Scope:

  • Investigate 26 water products including a multitude of different map services.

  • Understand user needs. The Bureau regularly interacts with a few thousand users (the Water Program includes 50-70 staff members with approximately 50 industry contacts each) through social media, blog, twitter, surveys, mailbox, conferences, presentations. 

  • User scopes are state and federal governments, utilities agencies, agricultures and other organisations within the water space.

  • Commercial and non-commercial users.

  • Investigating process within the water space.
